Caitlyn Jenner is not getting a "drastic plastic makeover," despite a new report. Gossip Cop can correct this claim, which falsely alleges the reality star is focusing on "fine-tuning her look." We're told it's "not true."
According to RadarOnline, 68-year-old Jenner "can't quit her plastic surgery obsession," and is planning to go under the knife later this year for a "brand new nose." A so-called "source" is quoted as telling the website, "She's had most of the major stuff done now, so 2018 is all about fine-tuning her look." The outlet's alleged "snitch" goes on to claim Jenner wants the "cartilage at the tip of her nose shaved off to give her face a softer feel." RadarOnline concludes its piece by bizarrely asserting, "She may be turning 69 this year, but there's no stopping her constant body revolution."
But Gossip Cop investigated the seemingly bogus report, and a rep for Jenner exclusively assures us the story is "not true." While it's true Jenner underwent major gender reassignment surgery in 2017, the star isn't getting a "drastic plastic makeover" this coming year. Additionally, during her forthcoming interview with Piers Morgan, Jenner admits to keeping her gender reassignment surgery a secret from her family, fearing it could be leaked to the press. With that in mind, it's hard to believe a legitimate source close to the former Olympian would leak plans for further cosmetic procedures. The entire report is nothing more than a fabrication.
It should be noted, this isn't the first time Gossip Cop has called out RadarOnline for peddling an untrue article about the transgender reality star. For example, in 2016 we busted the often discredited website when it falsely alleged Jenner was getting foot surgery in an effort to reduce her shoe size.
And that's not all. In February, we corrected the outlet for untruthfully claiming Jenner had got a new boob job. In that report, the star was supposedly "obsessed" with having a "curvy female figure," but didn't realize that she was putting her "health at risk." Much like those inaccurate tales, this latest one about Jenner supposedly getting a "drastic plastic makeover" to ring in the new year is equally off-base. Unfortunately, the website seems to enjoy pushing these kind of bogus narratives, so Gossip Cop wouldn't be surprised if another surgery-related article crops up later this year.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
