Is Bravo demanding Kim Richards take random drug tests and follow a new “sobriety clause” in her contract if she wants to stay on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”? That’s what RadarOnline is claiming, but Gossip Cop has learned the story is untrue.

According to the webloid, in the wake of Richards’ drunken arrest, the network is issuing Richards an “ultimatum” in which she has to “undergo drug testing and addiction treatment — or be fired.” A so-called “industry insider” alleges to RadarOnline that her contract with the series has been reworked, and “her sobriety clause is going to include drug testing — both set and random.”

“They are also demanding that she go to treatment, either in-patient or out-patient. But if she wants to remain on the show she will need to go and get some help,” the so-called “insider” claims to RadarOnline, adding, “Obviously, Bravo bosses are not taking kindly to her right now. In fact, they are almost at a point where they are just ready to let her go.”

Gossip Cop, however, is told there is “no truth” to this story. Both Richards’ personal and professional lives are very much up in the air right now, and all RadarOnline is providing is speculation. In fact, as Gossip Cop reported, Richards’ sister Kyle called out the site exactly a week ago after publishing other sensational stories about the reality star’s issues. “@radar_online please stop with the invented, inaccurate stories,” Kyle tweeted. Sadly, the webloid shamefully chose not to listen.
