Bradley Cooper is not leaving Irina Shayk for Lady Gaga, despite a completely false tabloid report. Gossip Cop can debunk the bogus premise. There's simply no truth to it.
According to Woman's Day Australia, the reason the singer ended her engagement to Christian Carino is that she's in love with her A Star Is Born co-star, who's supposedly preparing to end his own relationship so he can be with Gaga. An alleged insider tells the magazine that the singer's recent breakup forced her and Cooper to address the "very real" connection between them.
"If I know Gaga, she'll have confessed her true feelings to Bradley by now," adds the supposed source. "She's painfully honest and always has been. Bradley surely feels the same way about her. He's mesmerized by her - everyone can see it." The suspicious tipster further contends that Cooper has been figuring out how to "quietly end" his relationship with Shayk, with whom he shares a young daughter.
"It's likely Bradley has asked Gaga to hide her true feelings for the rest of the awards season," adds the seemingly phony source. "He doesn't want to put Irina through the embarrassment - after all, she is the mother of his child." The so-called "insider" concludes, "But Bradley and Gaga both know feelings like this don't come along in many lifetimes, and they owe it to themselves to explore that."
The tabloid's narrative is totally baseless. For starters, Cooper and Shayk showed a ton of PDA at the Oscars this past Sunday, proving their relationship is going strong. Additionally, Shayk was photographed hugging Gaga after the singer won the Oscar for Best Original Song. The Russian supermodel was also quick to give her boyfriend and his co-star a standing ovation following their performance at the awards ceremony.
There's no love triangle between Cooper, his girlfriend and his co-star, despite the gossip media repeatedly attempting to create one. Cooper and Gaga struck up a close friendship while making A Star Is Born, but he's in a committed relationship with Shayk, who's supported her boyfriend throughout awards season and clearly gets along with Gaga as well.
Gossip Cop busted Woman's Day back in October for falsely claiming Shayk was upset by Cooper and Gaga's "flirty friendship." The tabloid has now escalated the narrative by alleging the actor is dumping his girlfriend for his co-star. There's an overwhelming amount of evidence to disprove this imaginary soap opera.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
