Bradley Cooper is not blowing his fortune on a big staff of “yes-men,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”

The allegation comes from the National Enquirer, which blares in a bogus headline, “Bradley Cooper Blowing Big Bucks On Staff Of Yes-Men.” In the accompanying story, a so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Bradley has more than a dozen people working for him at his house, answering calls, reading scripts and running errands. The amount of people he has at his beck and call is unnecessary.”

The outlet’s questionable insider goes on to maintain, “Bradley’s being stupidly generous to his hangers-on,” and his partner Irina Shayk, who is “usually easygoing, is getting irritated with constant interruptions.” The tabloid’s supposed tipster claims the actor has people “coming and going all the time,” which makes it difficult to speak to Cooper “by himself,” much to “Irina’s annoyance.” “They’re butt-kissers who give him small pieces of advice, and he’s paying their salaries plus bonuses and benefits,” adds the magazine’s alleged “source.”

Gossip Cop looked into this report, and a source close to Cooper tells us the story is simply “not true.” Contrary to the outlet’s assertions, the actor is not “blowing big-bucks” on a “staff of yes-men.” In fact, we’ve learned Cooper has a very small team that includes his assistant, agent and a publicist.

This is not the first time Gossip Cop has busted the unreliable magazine for publishing an untrue story about the star. We recently corrected the Enquirer when it seemingly made up a tale about how Cooper stunk up his car after accidentally leaving his baby’s dirty diaper in the backseat. And shortly before that ridiculous article, we called out the supermarket tabloid for wrongly contending Cooper was “forcing” Lady Gaga to use her real name in their movie A Star Is Born. Much like those claims, this latest one about him blowing his fortune on a huge staff is equally inaccurate.
