Brad Pitt Weight Skinny

Brad Pitt isn’t suffering from an eating disorder, despite a new tabloid cover story alleging the actor is “wasting away” following his split from Angelina Jolie. Gossip Cop can exclusively reveal the truth about the situation.

The latest issue of Star claims Pitt’s tumultuous divorce is taking a major toll on both his physical and mental health. A supposed “insider” tells the magazine the actor “is in a very bad place right now” and “collapsing under the strain” of his broken marriage. The dubious source further contends the stress caused by Pitt’s breakup is “killing him,” and he’s barely eating or sleeping as a result.

The seemingly phony insider goes on to allege the actor’s weight has plummeted nearly 40 pounds since his split, and now even Jolie is urging him to seek help. “I heard that she’s so concerned she even agreed to back down on her custody fight,” adds the questionable source. “Angie fears he’s caught in a dangerous downward spiral.”

Gossip Cop, however, checked in with a mutual friend of ours and Pitt’s, and we’re told he does not have an “eating disorder” nor are those around him “concerned” about him having a health issue. Additionally, Pitt’s rep exclusively assures us the actor is “totally fine,” and the tabloid’s claim is simply “false.” Divorces are inherently stressful, especially when there are young children involved, but the publication’s assertion about Pitt being ill is entirely inaccurate. While the actor has appeared slightly more svelte as of late, his lighter frame is not at all due to a decline in his health.

Of course, the tabloid’s erroneous story isn’t particularly surprising, considering Star is the same outlet that falsely claimed to be in possession of Pitt and Jolie’s divorce papers. Gossip Cop also busted the magazine after it wrongly reported Jolie wants Brad Pitt back. It’s not Pitt’s health that’s a cause for concern, it’s the tabloid’s repeatedly untrue articles about him that are so alarming.
