HollywoodLife is purporting to “exclusively” know how Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie “avoided each other” on their third wedding anniversary this week, but the report is entirely made-up. Gossip Cop can expose the site’s phony story.

August 23 marked three years since the estranged spouses got married, but the untrustworthy outlet insists the exes went out of their way not to communicate on that day. A supposed “source” tells the site, “Angelina ignored her ex, Brad, yesterday on what was and would have been their wedding anniversary. After everything they have been through, neither one reached out to the other as they are both moving on with life alone.”

The webloid, however, is simply taking advantage of the exes’ first wedding anniversary since their split and pretending to have insider knowledge about the situation. Gossip Cop has repeatedly been assured that no one in either Pitt or Jolie’s trusted inner circle is speaking to HollywoodLife about them, and that remains the case. Whether or not the estranged spouses talked on their anniversary isn’t the point. The issue here is that no one close to either of them informed the deceptive site about this.

In fact, the webloid’s latest story completely contradicts another so-called “exclusive” it had concocted on Thursday. The site pretended to know how Pitt is “committed” to having a good relationship with Jolie for the sake of their children, but the details of the story were entirely made-up. Shortly before that bogus article, HollywoodLies fabricated a report about Pitt and Jolie’s kids asking them to call off their divorce. Simply put, HollywoodLife changes narratives whenever it’s convenient, and the site’s alleged news reports appear to be nothing more than fan fiction.
