A blog claims Brad Pitt might get pressured by Kanye West to appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The story isn’t true. Gossip Cop can correct it.
Pitt attended one of West’s Sunday Services earlier this month, and now according to Naughty Gossip, the movie star is in danger of being pulled into the Kardashian family vortex. An alleged insider tells the outlet, “Now that Brad has shown a little interest in Kanye, he won’t be able to get away. Kanye and Kim [Kardashian] are not going to let Brad slip away now he has entered ‘Kardashian’ world.”
The supposed source goes on to say that West’s pals have been warning Pitt that the rapper might use him for marketing purposes. “If he isn’t careful, he will soon be wearing and promoting Kanye’s clothing line,” says the alleged tipster, adding that the movie star could also end up on KUWTK. “Brad needs to run as fast as he can before Kris Jenner gets involved too,” adds the seemingly nonexistent insider.
In addition to being untrue, the blog’s story makes very little sense. For starters, why would West’s own friends go behind his back and warn Pitt to steer clear of the rapper? Additionally, are we to believe that Pitt doesn’t have free will or the capacity to make his own decisions? West can’t exactly force the movie star to wear his clothing or appear on his family’s reality show.
Still, Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the situation, who confirms it’s all nonsense. This is just another example of an outlet attempting to capitalize on the news of Pitt attending West’s church service. We’ve already debunked several phony takes surrounding the subject.
Just this week, Gossip Cop busted RadarOnline for falsely claiming Angelina Jolie was warning Pitt to stay away from West or risk his relationship with his kids. Shortly before that, New Idea made up a ridiculous story claiming Pitt’s daughter Shiloh was upset about him attending West’s church service. Neither of those articles were remotely true.
Gossip Cop also called out NW for coming up with an absurd narrative about Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian fighting over Pitt after meeting him at West’s service. All of these stories stemming from Pitt’s visit to the church are fabricated. The gossip media is simply jumping at the opportunity to link the movie star to the Kardashian family. Despite being friendly with West, Pitt doesn’t have much to do with the Kardashian clan and won’t be appearing on their reality show.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
