Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are not having a baby girl, despite a ridiculous tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can debunk the bogus report. The ex-spouses haven't rekindled their relationship in any capacity, let alone having a child together.
The latest issue of In Touch claims the exes held a gender reveal party over New Year's to tell their friends they're having a little girl. The actress, who turns 50 next month, is "calling it her miracle baby," according to an alleged insider, who adds, "The fact that she's able to have this baby with Brad, her first husband, after they went through so much together... it's just a dream come true."
The supposed source goes on to say that Pitt is ecstatic "he's going to become a dad again" just months after winning joint custody of his six children. As for Aniston, she's "confident that he'll be a hands-on dad supporting her through any kind of obstacles they face." The magazine further contends that the actress has been reading baby books to prepare her for motherhood, as well as getting parenting advice from famous friends such as Jimmy Kimmel and Sandra Bullock.
From there, the outlet's questionable tipster says Pitt told his six kids they're getting another sibling, but he hasn't broken the news to Angelina Jolie. "Brad doesn't feel the need to tell Angelina directly," says the seemingly made-up source. "He's really trying to have as little contact as possible with his ex and is pretty sure the kids will fill her in." The so-called "insider" further speculates that Jolie will be furious when she finds out, as "she's already livid that Jen got one up on her by getting back with Brad."
The publication concludes its phony report by saying Pitt and Aniston bought an estate in Colorado to raise their baby girl "away from Hollywood." The magazine doesn't acknowledge that the actor's six children, who he's been fighting to get custody of for two years, live in Los Angeles.
This absurd narrative about Pitt and Aniston getting back together has been going on since the actress's split from Justin Theroux nearly a year ago. Separate reps for both stars have told us countless times that they haven't reunited. Aniston's close friend Portia de Rossi told Us Weekly last year she knows "for a fact" that the exes "haven't seen each other."
Meanwhile, In Touch first claimed last May that Pitt and Aniston were having a baby together. One month later, the tabloid concocted a story about Pitt and Aniston having a "wedding and a baby." Last October, the magazine published another article about Aniston being pregnant with Pitt's "miracle baby." None of these stories have panned out, and this latest one won't either. Despite how many times Gossip Cop has debunked this narrative, we once again checked in with Pitt's spokesperson, who confirms that this latest report in the ongoing saga is more fiction. Aniston's rep adds, "The whole story is fake."
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
