Does Brad Pitt really have a steady supply of hair dye shipped to his house? One of this week’s new tabloids claims the actor obsesses over his gray hairs and constantly has them colored, but Gossip Cop looked into the story and we’ve exclusively learned the truth.

“Vain Brad Makes Gray Go Away!” blares a headline in the latest issue of the National Enquirer. The accompanying article quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “Brad’s gray hair comes in so fast, and he thinks it’s due to all the stress he’s been under. Brad keeps a steady supply of hair dye coming straight to the house, and touches up his hair every other week.”

The outlet’s dubious insider continues, “He even adds some to his beard, too, so nobody is the wiser. He’s very conscious of aging after being in Hollywood for 30 years. Brad worries the gray hair makes him look old, and he’s not wrong.” But Gossip Cop checked in with a reliable source close to the actor, who dismissed the magazine’s story as nonsense. The 53-year-old actor isn’t preoccupied with aging, nor does he have a regular shipment of hair dye delivered to his doorstep. To the contrary, Pitt previously dyed all of his hair gray for his role in the Netflix movie War Machine. Despite the publication’s insistence that he’s “vain,” the actor clearly isn’t afraid to rock the silver fox look.

In fact, this isn’t the first time we’ve had to call out the Enquirer for falsely claiming the handsome movie star worries about his looks. Gossip Cop previously busted the magazine for wrongly reporting Pitt underwent plastic surgery to cope with his divorce from Angelina Jolie. Shortly before that nonsense, we debunked the tabloid’s phony story alleging Pitt was getting a nose job to reduce the size of his nostrils. This latest article regarding the color of the actor’s hair is equally bogus.
