A new report claiming Brad Pitt got “snubbed” on Father’s Day because Angelina Jolie took their six kids out of the country is completely inaccurate. Gossip Cop can exclusively set the record straight.

The Jolie-Pitt children visited their dad the day before Father’s Day on Saturday, June 17, and then flew with their mom to Africa on Sunday. A supposed “source” now tells the National Enquirer that Pitt “was devastated at being without his kids” on the holiday, adding, “Spending Father’s Day together was a tradition, and Brad would have liked to spend the day as a family. But Angie didn’t seem to care.” The outlet’s dubious insider goes on to say Jolie “has gone cold towards Brad” and has rejected all of his “apologies and pleas to get back together.”

But Gossip Cop looked into the tabloid’s story, and it’s simply untrue. A mutual pal of ours and Pitt tells us the actor and his estranged wife worked out their plans beforehand, and he was well aware the kids would be flying out of the country with her. The actor simply celebrated Father’s Day with his kids one day early, but he wasn’t at all “snubbed.” Unfortunately, we’ve repeatedly busted the magazine for publishing fake news about the estranged spouses, so this latest fabrication comes as no surprise.

Gossip Cop recently called out the publication for wrongly reporting Jolie was adopting more kids without Pitt. Shortly before that tall tale, we debunked the magazine’s phony story alleging Jolie forbid the kids from making phone calls to their dad. This latest article from the unreliable tabloid is equally bogus.
