Brad Pitt is not doing a tell-all TV interview about his divorce from Angelina Jolie and supposed “new relationship” with Jennifer Aniston, despite a false tabloid report. Gossip Cop can debunk the bogus story. There’s simply no truth to it.
According to In Touch, the movie star is ready to spill all the details of his tumultuous divorce from Jolie after staying quiet about it for the past two and a half years. An alleged source tells the magazine, “He wants to tell his side of the story, tell what really went wrong, talk about the horrible fights, his addiction, his blowup on their private jet, how the kids were pitted against him – all the ugly details of their divorce and custody battle.”
The unnamed source goes on to say that Pitt doesn’t plan on “sugarcoating anything” or making himself “come across as this perfect husband and father,” but he “also wants to tell the truth about Angie’s part in everything.” The suspicious tipster further asserts the actor will segue to Aniston during the interview by expressing regret over leaving her for Jolie, adding, “Being in such a volatile marriage with Angie made him realize what he’d thrown away for Jen.”
The seemingly phony source further maintains Pitt is falling in love with Aniston again after apologizing for hurting her, and “they’ve been able to reconnect and forge a new relationship.” The so-called “insider” concludes, “Friends say he’d not only talk about what really happened with Angie but would talk about the true nature of his relationship with Jen. It’s only a matter of time before it happens.”
The tabloid’s report is based on claims from an anonymous and possibly nonexistent “source,” but Gossip Cop reached out to Pitt’s rep, who tells us on the record it’s completely untrue. The actor’s spokesperson assures us he has no plans for a TV tell-all, and Pitt isn’t getting back together with Aniston either. In fact, this narrative isn’t even original.
Gossip Cop busted In Touch in 2017 for falsely contending Pitt was writing a tell-all book about Jolie and Aniston. The actor never wrote such a book, and instead the magazine has now decided to bring his “tell-all” to television. This latest variation on the subject is more nonsense.
Just a few months ago, Gossip Cop exposed the tabloid’s sister outlet, RadarOnline, for making up a similar story about Jolie doing a TV tell-all about Pitt. Shortly before that, the blog insisted that Aniston was writing a tell-all book about Pitt. This recurring theme never pans out, and this latest twist on the topic isn’t happening either.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
