Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani Makeup

Blake Shelton is NOT “begging” Gwen Stefani to wear less makeup, despite a bogus tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “nonsense.”

According to In Touch, Shelton likes his women to have a natural look and so he supposedly told Stefani to cut down on the cosmetics. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid the country singer informed his girlfriend he’d prefer to see her “without all of that face paint on.” The tabloid’s dubious insider further claims Stefani is “very insecure about her looks,” adding, “It takes her forever to get ready because she has to make sure everything is perfect.”

Of course, the magazine arbitrarily drags Shelton’s ex-wife Miranda Lambert into its phony story, quoting its dubious source as saying she would “just wash her hair and go,” and Shelton prefers that style as opposed to Stefani acting like a “total girlie girl.” However, Stefani isn’t at all “insecure about her looks,” as the tabloid claims, as she recently posted a makeup-free selfie (see above right) for her four million Instagram followers to see.

Additionally, Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Shelton, who exclusively assures us he’s never begged his girlfriend to wear less makeup, and the tabloid’s report is simply “nonsense.” Of course, we’re not particularly surprised by the publication’s tall tale. Gossip Cop has repeatedly debunked In Touch’s many false rumors about the couple. We just recently called out the tabloid for falsely claiming Stefani was having a “miracle baby at 46.” The magazine’s latest story is equally untrue.
