Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are not “quitting Hollywood” and moving to the Midwest after an alleged miscarriage. Gossip Cop can bust all three of these claims. All of the allegations are completely false, we confirmed on background with our trusted contacts.

“Blake & Gwen Quitting Hollywood & Moving To Midwest After Miscarriage Nightmare,” reads the headline of a new RadarOnline story. According to the outlet, Stefani is “succumbing” to Shelton’s “desire” and “moving full-time” to Oklahoma in the wake of suffering a miscarriage. The website asserts both are “over Hollywood and its fakery” and want to “raise Stefani’s kids in a more serene and superficial environment.”

The site repeats its disgustingly fabricated claims that Stefani recently “lost her baby,” ruining her “immediate plans to get married.” As Gossip Cop reported, it was earlier this month that the blog first alleged Stefani had a miscarriage, putting her wedding plans with Shelton “in jeopardy.” We confirmed with Stefani’s rep on the record that she was never pregnant, and the narrative was entirely “made up.” Despite the bust, the blog is now regurgitating its debunked contentions, and further alleging that “on the heels of the tragedy,” she and Shelton have vowed to “quit Hollywood for a simpler life.”

A so-called “source” points out that Shelton has family in Tishomingo, who have embraced Stefani. And while it’s acknowledged they have “commitments in Los Angeles,” the online publication’s supposed tipster maintains “the decision’s been made to… move to the Midwest very soon” and make it their “primary base.” Well, Shelton has always considered Oklahoma to be his “primary base,” so nothing is changing on his part. In fact, Shelton loves his hometown so much, he donated $50,000 to Tishomingo just a few days ago.

As for Stefani, the website wants readers to believe that she is uprooting her three young children, who range in age from 3 to 11, and is taking them away from their schools and friends, not to mention their father, Gavin Rossdale, who also lives in Los Angeles, as does her own extended family. The far-fetched notion actually reminded Gossip Cop of a 2016 Life & Style story that essentially made the same claims, alleging Stefani was “ready to swap her haute couture life in L.A. for laid-back Oklahoma living.”

The difference now, of course, is the untrue miscarriage claim, which is what this new report about a move hinges on, even though Stefani’s rep already denied it. While Stefani enjoys taking her sons to Oklahoma for visits, there currently are no plans to leave Hollywood to move and live there full-time, Gossip Cop is told. Oh, and by the way, Oklahoma generally isn’t considered part of the “Midwest.” Celebrity Insider at least didn’t make that mistake, but is still peddling these wrong allegations about a miscarriage and a move.
