Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are not currently in "peace talks" to settle their major legal battle, nor are the exes considering getting back together, despite a bogus report. Gossip Cop can exclusively set the record straight.
As Gossip Cop reported, Chyna filed a lawsuit against Kardashian and his entire family last month. The model's complaints against her ex include assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation and "revenge porn." She sued the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan for allegedly forcing E! to cancel the ex-couple's reality show "Rob & Chyna," resulting in her losing out on potential earnings. The legal battle has become increasingly nasty, but RadarOnline now claims Chyna and Kardashian are looking to join forces against his own family.
"Rob and Chyna are trying to work things out so they could get their show back," a so-called "source" tells the site. "Kris controls everything but Rob is considering going against her, which would be a huge F-you to his mom. Rob is going to have to pay Chyna a lot of money now after his revenge porn stunt. It would be better for him if he didn't pay her anything and they did the show so she made her own money."
The outlet's questionable insider adds, "Rob would have to turn on his family, his mom and Kim and all the other sisters, but he doesn't care. He's hated them for years and if he could he would get away from them. This is a perfect way to do that." The alleged source concludes, "Rob is definitely open to talking to Chyna and trying to work things out."
But Gossip Cop looked into the situation and we've learned it's all inaccurate. Chyna's attorney exclusively tells us, "We are continuing to aggressively prosecute our slut shaming and revenge porn case against Rob Kardashian." A Kardashian family insider similarly assures us Rob isn't concocting a plan to betray his mom and sisters by getting back together with his ex. As for the allegation he's "hated" his family for years, we're assured it's complete "nonsense."
It should be noted, Chyna and the Kardashians could potentially reach a settlement agreement down the line as even the most contentious of lawsuits are sometimes resolved. However, there's no settlement talks at the moment and the exes certainly aren't in cahoots. RadarOnline is the same unreliable webloid that Gossip Cop called out earlier this year for falsely claiming the Kardashians hired a private investigator to follow Chyna. This latest story is more lies.
Gossip Cop believes there to be elements of truth, but the story is ultimately misleading.
