Is “The Big Bang Theory” on the verge of falling apart over all the alleged drama going on behind the scenes? That’s the case according to one of the new tabloids. Gossip Cop, however, can exclusively set the record straight.

According to the National Enquirer, the stars of the hit CBS sitcom, including Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki, have been battling over their paychecks and airtime. However, this is provably untrue. The show’s main cast members all make the same exact salary of $1 million per episode. In fact, the five main stars took pay cuts last year so that co-stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch could get more money.

A so-called “source” also tells the outlet that Cuoco and Galecki’s past romance has created an uncomfortable vibe backstage. “The short-lived relationship antagonized star Jim Parsons and created tensions among the entire cast,” says a supposed source. “Now none of them socialize together at all once the cameras stop rolling.”

However, Cuoco and Galecki have remained on good terms since their 2010 split. Last year, Cuoco posted a funny Instagram photo of Galecki cuddling with her current boyfriend Karl Cook, and joked in the caption, “Get off my man!” Clearly, there are no hard feelings between the exes and co-stars.

Still, the magazine’s questionable tipster adds, “There has never been a friendly dynamic among the cast. The show’s too expensive for the network, and the cast doesn’t need the dough or the aggravation anymore.” But Gossip Cop checked in with a CBS insider, who exclusively assures us that the tabloid’s story is entirely “false.” From what we understand, the cast of “The Big Bang Theory” has one of the best off-screen relationships in television.

Less than two weeks ago, Gossip Cop busted the the National Enquirer’s sister publication, Star, for publishing a similarly false story about the cast of “The Big Bang Theory” fighting over salaries. There was no truth to the narrative then, and nothing has changed in the very short time since. These baseless articles about cast feuds are just attempts at capitalizing on one of the most popular shows on TV.
