Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are not getting married again in Hawaii, despite a false tabloid report claiming the ex-spouses are back together. Gossip Cop can debunk the story. It's 100 percent fabricated.
"Jen and Ben have fallen back in love," an alleged source tells Woman's Day. "He proposed after a birthday party that Jen threw for him last month. He got down on one knee after everyone had left - and she said yes!" The supposed source further contends that Affleck and Garner have sent "save-the-date cards" to family and friends as they plan to wed in Hawaii before the end of the year.
The supposed tipster goes on to say that Garner is impressed with all of the progress her ex-husband has made since going to rehab last year, and he's once again living in the house with her and their three kids. "She's told pals that she's happier than ever and says Ben's become a soppy romantic. He writes love notes for her, which he leaves around the house."
The seemingly phony source also maintains that Affleck has vowed to be a better husband this time around, adding, "When Ben proposed, Jen was in shock and burst into tears. He told her he never stopped loving her and wanted to make up for his mistakes."
The tabloid's story, which is based on claims from an anonymous insider, is total fiction. Gossip Cop ran the scenario by Affleck's spokesperson, who laughed it off. An individual in Garner's camp also confirms it's all nonsense. The ex-spouses are on good terms and work together to co-parent their three children, but they haven't rekindled a romance. Suffice to say, Affleck didn't propose to his ex-wife during his birthday and they're not tying the knot in Hawaii.
Gossip Cop should also mention that Garner has been dating businessman John Miller for around a year. The couple was spotted on a date night in Santa Monica just last week. It's also worth noting, Affleck celebrated his birthday at a restaurant with his three kids last month, but Garner didn't join them. There's no indication the actress threw a party for her ex-husband at her house.
Just a few weeks ago, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for falsely claiming Affleck and Garner were having a baby together to celebrate his sobriety. This latest phony article makes no mention of them having another child. Back in May, the outlet concocted a very similarly story about Affleck and Garner getting married again. That one didn't pan out either.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
