As Gossip Cop reported, the live-action remake of Beauty And The Beast debuted last weekend with a record-breaking opening. After grossing $173 million, the movie became the highest March debut of all time. Now in its second weekend, the film has taken in another $88.3 million to hold on to first place.

Power Rangers, a new reboot of the cult favorite television franchise, raked in less than half of its top competitor. Still, it had a $40.5 million, second-place finish. From there, however, there was a big drop. Kong: Skull Island came in third with just $14.4 million. Despite Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal’s blossoming bromance, their new alien thriller Life only made $12.6 million, which put the flick in fourth place. Ranking fifth was Logan, with ticket sales totaling $10.1 million.

Rounding out the Top 10 were Get Out in the number six spot, with $8.7 million in receipts. The Dax Shepard-helmed comedy CHiPs, another tv-to-film adaptation opening this weekend, secured seventh with a paltry $7.6 million. The Shack nabbed eighth with $3.8 million, while The Lego Batman Movie came in ninth with $2 million. And just making it into the Top 10 was The Belko Experiment. It earned $1.8 million.
