Audrina Patridge filed for divorce from Corey Bohan after less than one year of marriage, Gossip Cop has learned. The reality star also obtained a temporary restraining order against Bohan, following allegations of domestic violence Patridge claims Bohan abused her both emotionally and physically.

As Gossip Cop reported, Patridge married Bohan in Hawaii last November. The longtime couple, who started dating in 2008 while Patridge was starring on the MTV reality series “The Hills,” exchanged vows in front of 100 friends and family members in Kauai. Patridge and Bohan, who made several appearances together as a couple on the popular MTV program, got engaged in November 2015 after a brief split in 2010. Shortly before announcing their engagement, they revealed Patridge was pregnant with their first child. A baby girl named Kirra Max was born in June 2016.

Patridge’s divorce filing was sparked by Bohan’s alleged abusive and threatening behavior earlier this month. According to court documents when Patridge returned home on September 6, Bohan, who had been taking care of Kirra, began berating her. She claims she videotaped Bohan allegedly verbally abusing her, but he deleted it. Following that incident, Patridge filed a police report. She later met with Child Protective Services on September 15. Then this past weekend, Patridge maintains Bohan followed her to an event and demanded to know where daughter was. “I was shaking at this point,” she stated in her court filing.

Patridge also detailed a violent altercation in August, in her filing, alleging Bohan “pushed me” as she held their 1-year-old daughter, before “punching and hitting himself on the head” and punching a “hole in our bedroom door.” She further claims he threatened to “bash his head in,” reports The Blast. At the time, noted Partridge, she feared Bohan was suicidal and worried he would kidnap their daughter to his native Australia.

On Monday, after having filled for divorce, Patridge obtained a restraining order. Following that, rep said in a statement, “Audrina’s number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time.” It appears Bohan has already violated the restraining order.

On Tuesday, he apparently showed at the house, put video cameras inside the home to surveil her, and called Patridge a number of expletive. She’s seeking primary custody or their daughter and asking that Bohan not be allowed to take Kirra to Australia. Additionally, Patridge is seeking that he be denied spousal support.
