Angelina Jolie is not begging Brad Pitt for help as she goes through an alleged "crisis," despite a fabricated report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim.
"Stressed-Out Angelina Jolie Begs Brad Pitt For Help Amid Crises," blares a new RadarOnline headline. The accompanying article claims the actress is struggling "with a variety of issues, including a dramatic weight loss and public backlash." There was fallout from Jolie's Vanity Fair cover story last month after she told a story about snatching money away from Cambodian children as part of the audition process for her upcoming film First They Killed My Father. After being accused of mistreating underprivileged kids, the actress insisted the magazine mischaracterized the situation.
A supposed "source" now tells the site Jolie is "not in a good place right now" and "starting to crack" from the Vanity Fair backlash and other life stressors. The outlet's dubious insider adds, "Six demanding kids, a move, tons of projects in the works and so much more — all on her own. She wants more help from Brad, but he's convinced her only motivation is money and has had enough of groveling for scraps when it comes to supervised visitation." The site's seemingly phony source continues, "Truth is though, he's the only person who could lift her out of these stressful patches, so it's no surprise she's missing his support."
But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the actress, who exclusively assures us she isn't headed for a breakdown over the Vanity Fair controversy, nor is she in the middle of a major life crisis. A Pitt insider similarly tells us the actor's estranged wife hasn't reached out to him for emotional support. The website's story is simply fabricated.
Of course, Gossip Cop has repeatedly called out RadarOnline for publishing bogus reports about the exes, so this latest phony article comes as no surprise. We recently called out the webloid for falsely claiming Jolie threw a "divorce party" after splitting from her estranged spouse. Shortly before that nonsense, Gossip Cop debunked the site's ridiculous story alleging Pitt is afraid Jolie will cast voodoo spells on him. This latest article is more lies from the untrustworthy outlet.
Gossip Cop has determined this story is totally false.
