Angelina Jolie still does NOT want Brad Pitt back, despite a new tabloid cover story claim. Gossip Cop can debunk this allegation for the second time.

The resurfaced rumor comes courtesy of OK!, which announces on its new cover, "Desperate Angie: 'I Want Brad Back!'" If that sounds familiar, it's because the tabloid's sister publication, Star, ran a cover back in December that declared, "Angie's Regret: 'I Want Brad Back!'" Check out the nearly identical issues below.

Now inside OK!, it's said, "Five months after Angelina Jolie left Brad Pitt, taking their six kids, she's desperately missing the life she left behind." A so-called "source" claims to the magazine, "Angie is doubting herself and her hasty decision to file for divorce. She wonders if she's thrown away what could have been a lifetime of happiness in one fell swoop." That line is noticeably similar to one from the aforementioned Star article, which had an "insider" saying, "Angie's asking herself if she's thrown away what could have been a lifetime of happiness with one rash move."

The alleged tipster in the new version goes on to say, "Angie relied on Brad for more than she realized. He was such an emotionally present, hands-on dad and partner. And with the rumors that he's been spending time with Kate Hudson, she feels extra pangs of regret. She's convinced there's no way Kate could make him happy." Of course, it was Star that started those untrue "rumors."

Curiously, though, nowhere in this new cover story is it actually said Jolie "want[s] Brad back." Rather, the piece concludes with another supposed "source" asserting the actress is "starting to feel like she made the mistake of a lifetime." But it's the tabloids that keep making mistakes, like with the OK! cover story that falsely claimed Jolie and Pitt were having a Thanksgiving reunion.

That never happened, just as Gossip Cop accurately said it wouldn't. And we were also right when we busted Star in December for wrongly saying Jolie wanted Pitt back. She didn't then, and she still doesn't now. The estranged spouses are still moving forward with their divorce at this time.
