Addison Agen Voice Finale Video

Addison Agen gave three final performances in hopes of winning “The Voice on Monday. Watch the videos below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, the 16-year-old aspiring star is the youngest left in season 13 of the NBC competition, but has repeatedly been praised for her mature vocals. Agen started out with “Jolene” for her Blind Audition and chose to join Miley Cyrus’ team. But Adam Levine desperately wanted the contestant to be part of his group and stole her during the Battles. Since then, she’s been considered one of the frontrunners, particularly after Agen covered “Both Sides Now” last week.

Now tonight she had one last chance to prove her worth to viewers. Or rather, three last chances, since she had to take the stage for three performances during the finals. And Agen was the very first to perform on the two-hour broadcast, selecting Tim McGraw’s “Humble And Kind” for her cover. Overcome with emotion, Agen struggled to finish the song, and all four coaches gave her a standing ovation. “That’s what moments like this are about. When you break down and have a moment like that, that makes it more real for us,” Jennifer Hudson told her, adding, “You are humble and you are beautiful and you are kind.” Agreed Levine, “The fact that you did lose it in the end there was beautiful. Don’t apologize for that.”

Next, Agen and Levine teamed up for a duet, singing “Falling Slowly” from Once. Lastly, she sang an original song, “Tennessee Rain.” Afterward, Hudson said, “Addison, babe, you are music… You are truly born to be a star.” Levine said, “I can’t imagine a better example or aspirational human being than Addison… And even just beyond the competition, I’m proud of you. What happens tomorrow does not reflect what you deserve, the person you are and what beautiful things are coming to you in the future, but you should win.”

Agen is competing against Chloe Kohanski, Red Marlow and Brooke Simpson. Whether she wins or loses, Gossip Cop will have the results on Tuesday. In the meantime, check out all of Agen’s performances from the finals below, and watch her music video for “Tennessee Rain.”
