Justin Bieber has enlisted the help of his “good friend” Derek Zoolander, a.k.a. Ben Stiller, to help promote the release of his upcoming album Purpose. Watch the funny video below!

Bieber posted an Instagram video of Stiller portraying Zoolander, the vain and idiotic title character from the 2001 comedy about male models. In the footage, Zoolander says, “When my good friend Justin Blieber asked me to promote his new album, Purpose, I said ‘Of course.’ Because I wanted more Instagram followers. And I hear it’s good.”

As Gossip Cop reported, Bieber will make a cameo in 2016’s highly-anticipated Zoolander 2. Stiller revealed the big news back in April by posting an Instagram photo of himself in character opposite Bieber, as the two stared each other down with their best “Blue Steel” poses. Bieber later confirmed the news himself and revealed that his appearance will take place during the sequel’s opening scene, which he teased as a parkour sequence.

Bieber’s new album Purpose hits shelves on November 13, while Zoolander 2 hits theaters on February 12, 2016. Watch the video below of Zoolander promoting the singer’s album, and tell Gossip Cop what you think. NOTE: Bieber has since deactivated his Instagram account, and the video is no longer available.
