“Hard-partying Zac Efron figured out a great way to avoid an intervention planned by his management team: fire them all!” begins a piece from Star.

The mag, which recently tried to paint the actor has “Hollywood’s Worst Influence,” quotes a so-called “source” as saying, “Zac was showing up for meetings stinking of beer and cigarettes, and his team got so worried that they were going to intervene.”

The purported insider adds, “But Zac found out about it and got rid of them first.”

“He’s not worried about his image, and he’s having fun,” explains the supposed source, noting, “As far as he’s concerned, everything is more than OK.”

Yes, everything with Efron is perfectly all right.

It’s this tab’s story that’s NOT OK.

A rep for Efron tells Gossip Cop the mag’s claims are “NOT AT ALL TRUE,” adding, “He has been with the same agent/manager forever.”

Oops.

    It is true. He just fired his publicist, and the publicist that denied this in BRAND NEW, so obviously she is going to lie for him. What you are doing is catering to his addiction by denying this rumor. This is how Heath Ledger and Amy Winehouse died. The media knew about their issues but did nothing to help them.     i think he fired his old publicists so he can gain a new image beyond hsm and all that., so your saying him being 24 and partying is not fine? yea zac smokes or whatever, i dont think zac has that bad of a problem like you think.

    He may have been with the same “agent/manager” forever, but he did get rid of his PR person and has a new one. And since he smokes and drinks he must stink of cigarettes and booze at meetings. So part of that story is true. How do you get a new PR person without getting rid of (firing) the ole one? Do they really think these things are a secret in the industry?

    Actually for anyone who has ever met him, knows he always smells really nice. There is nothing true about this story except that he drinks like a normal 24 year old dude, or like everyone over the age of 21. If you think no one ever drinks, then you’re delusional.     this is so gonna sound rude, but who cares! he did fired his PR agent who i may add was an as****** and we all know it! this change was something he had to do long ago, he did let her manage his image for was tooo long, from the times when she pushed Vanessa aside in Charlie St Cloud premieres, to the party hard image back in 2010, to the whole drama about palmer and palmieri which i may add, the first one was truth, i much rather believe Ben Lyons than gossip cop at this point and ben said it on national tv, to the type of things of holding hands with taylor schilling at lucky one premieres which was to make buzz on a movie that didnt make buzz, to the comdom dropping scenes at lorax and the whole taylor s and i are friends, when we hardly see him hang out with her, or when she said i taught him some guitar chords on like one afternoon, to the fact that they were using his “hot boy” image and are still using it. he needs to change his management team too, considering all the movies he has gotten are because of his image. Me and orson wells was a little bit more risk on his performance but c´mon, charlie st cloud was 80% on his biceps, lucky one was 75% on his body and a**, and now with paperboy he tries to get rid of his “teen” image by letting kidman pee on him, but in all true, he tries to hard to get rid of the “teen” image and yet again goes back to show his whities, his biceps, his cute face, i will hold my comments on his acting till the moment i see a movie where he doesnt strip, or where they don´t fit his clothes like a second skin.

    ohhh!! before someone else comes telling me about how paperboy was in cannes and at any price in toronto and venice… lets say paperboy made buzz for 3 days and it was over, getting a limited release as said on imdb, and at any price i will just say that if the stills we get out of those movies are in his underwear and no shirt and clothes that fit his body, and show biceps and eyes, then there is nothing worth to see, at any price kinda reminds me of driven the movie, zac as kip pardue back in the 2001 movie, boy that wants to race, families in trouble.
