Zac Efron Jokes About Condom Drop on TV

Zac Efron addressed his recent red carpet condom drop on Thursday’s “Today Show.”

(Big morning for Matt Lauer!)

The Lorax star joked that he’s “never really had a pocket-checking policy” before public appearances, but now has to instate one.

Lauer gave Efron “credit,” noting that it’s “better to be safe than sorry,” to which the actor replied, “That’s a great message to add to the many messages in the film.”

    How is he promoting safe sex? This isn’t a PSA. A condom fell out of his pocket and he is addressing the non-issue because reporters are pushing to make news of it. He’s answering the questions asked of him and doing a decent job not drawing attention to it.

    Well if people actually started having the talks with their kids when they are younger instead of waiting until they are teens, there might not be so many unplanned teen & pre-teen pregnancies. The number of 11 & 12 year olds spitting out babies these days is disgusting! He didn’t do anything wrong. Touchy a8s people need to get over it & move on. People always need something to complain about.
