“The X Factor” debuted its first promo with new judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato during Wednesday’s “American Idol” season finale.

Spears and Lovato, of course, were introduced to much hype at the FOX upfront presentation in New York earlier this month.

    I still don’t think Simon will break the 20 million viewers mark he’s set. These singing competitions are all over television. There is so much competition and people are getting fatigued. How much longer can these shows last?

    I agree, way too many singing shows. I don’t watch AI anymore, I got tired of it. However, I do like the Voice, it’s the best one. I will give give x factor another try.

    Britney will judge the Lip Syncing. Simon’s a joke and so is Britney. Hopefully they have someone intelligent speaking in her ear piece. That girl is an uneducated empty vessel.
