Woody Allen & Mia Farrow Son Ronan Wins Prestigious Rhodes Scholarship

Ronan Farrow, the son of Mia Farrow and Woody Allen, has been tapped to be a Rhodes Scholar.

The 23-year-old, who graduated from college at 15 and began Yale Law School at 17, is among 32 Americans who have received this year’s prestigious all-expenses-paid scholarship to study at Oxford University in England.

Farrow is currently a special adviser to the Secretary of State for global youth issues. Prior to that, he worked as a special adviser in the State Department.

Not too shabby.

    Mia must be so proud of him. Ronan looks like someone who will be in the public eye no matter what he ends up doing. I wonder if Woody is in Ronan’s life at all or if the boy even speaks to him.

    Congratulations Ronan! I had heard about this “boy genius” before and I so happy he is filling his potential. He’ll love being a Rhodes scholar and it will be interesting to see what great things he will do with his life. My congratulations also go to Mia Farrow, who has raised an amazing kid!

    Ronan has had nothing to do with his bio father for years and years. That is why his first name is Ronan and not Satchel and his last name is Farrow and not the last name of the man who molested his sister.

    Good for Ronan for becoming a Rhodes Scholar. He is also quite handsome, which again has nothing to do with his bio father. Smart young man, all around.

    I think she’s talking about his other sister, closer in age to Ronan, named Dylan, who a judge ordered that woody Allen could not be alone with. That’s a separate creepy incident, aside from Allen taking pictures of mia’s other child, soon yi previn’s bagina when she was 17, under Mia’s roof. Get your facts straight.     Mostly all of Mia’s children are brilliant professionals, so your snarky theory is a fail. Meanwhile the only one who chose not to remain in the farrow household and sold herself to a creepy perv, is now saddled with an octogenarian perv, and in a genius move, decided to bring another young Asian female into woody’s domain for him to ‘adopt.’ Allen makes movies for neurotic Caucasian aging men who yearn for jailbait, and now he’s known far and wide as chest molester.

    Meanwhile Mia’s a respected ambassador for the UN, an accomplished actress, and beloved parent to some amazing kids.

    Its sad that Ronan still struggles with his dysfunctional family history. It just goes to show how important parents really are to children. They never quite “get over” the pain that comes with having a self-centered and narcissistic parent. Soon-yi was his sister!. And she was Mia Farrow’s adopted daughter. Woody “fell in love” with her? Give me a break. His actions have hurt many people and he doesn’t give a hoot. Doesn’t even care that his own flesh and blood is estranged from him. Yeah, he’s a real genius.
