William Close and the Earth Harp Collective Declared AGT Frontrunners

William Close and the Earth Harp Collective are the “America’s Got Talent” “frontrunners” — at least according to the judges.

Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne, and Howard Stern all gave the harpist and his band a standing ovation on Tuesday’s semi-final show, and heaped effusive praise on the unique act.

Close, who strums a ginormous harp to beautiful results, is “our favorite,” Mandel declared.

He added, “It would be a crime if [viewers] don’t get to the phones and vote you through.”

Osbourne was already looking forward to Close’s “next performance,” while Stern commended the contestant for his growth over the last few months.

“Everything is unique and original and that’s what ‘America’s Got Talent’ is looking for,” the shock jock said.

Stern added, “You’re doing it by the book and you are winning.”

I’m impressed with William Close and his amazing earth harp.
I think he’s the million dollar act and I can’t wait to see what’s next for
him. Only on Americas Got Talent would you find something like the earth harp.
This past episode was awesome, and its auditions like this that keeps me coming
back for more. Now I can watch this awesome show commercial free with the Auto
Hop feature in my Hopper. The Auto Hop feature makes a great addition to
Primetime Anytime. I like how the day after my primetime shows air I have the
option to watch or to skip commercials with the touch of a button. I’m glad my
coworker at Dish told me about this great new feature. It’s the easiest and
coolest feature I’ve seen in a long time. I won’t have to replace my batteries
in the remote as often.

William Close did not invent the earth harp….. google it! He’s been a bit misleading on that one.

If you Google it it comes up with bill close. Bill is short for William and even when searching bill close you get a picture of William close. It’s the same person.
