Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith obtained a restraining order on Monday after a woman pleaded no contest to trespassing in their home.

The original incident took place back in March. Ariel Archer, 26, was found inside the kitchen of the Smiths’ Calabasas, California mansion by a housekeeper. Neither star nor their children were home at the time.

But when police arrived, Archer refused to leave the premises. She was ultimately arrested, however, and charged with trespassing and refusing to leave private property. During Monday’s court appearance, Archer pleaded no contest to the charges.

She was sentenced to three years probation, and was given a stay-away order. The ruling prohibits Archer from getting within 150 yards of the Smiths’ residence, as well as the actor and actress themselves, and their family. The Smiths, of course, are not the first Hollywood stars to have to deal with such a scary incident.

Most recently, as Gossip Cop reported last month, Chris Brown returned to his L.A. home after a trip to find a naked woman lying in his bed. Amira Ayeb, who was arrested and charged with three felonies, had been staying inside Brown’s home for several days, and even spray-painted “Mrs. Brown” on his cars. Brown later said he “appreciated” her dedication, even if she just wanted his “d*ck,” and that he was praying “she gets the help she needs.”
