What I hate most about this ‘media coverage’ of the story is that they all forgot about Sanders here, they’ve almost left Stewart alone, but somehow Pattinson is dragged through all the LA gutters. How come? That’s not really fair since no wrongdoing’s been proven regarding him, and still he is getting the worst of it. I must say I admire the guy for being so (officially) indifferent to it. At least Mrs Sanders and the kids are left alone.

Just looking at a Rob site and a twitter and one of the girls that’s involved really is obsessed with Rob, not in a healthy way. She always stalking Rob, tweeting about Rob and she doesn’t have a bf, now I know why. She thinks Rob is hers or will be hers or she imagines she knows him. It’s just WOW when you really look at her twitter and think about the site. She is always talking about him in a sexual way and she stalks him at concerts, etc, why?? Yes, you are absolutely right but I think I can somewhat understand the reasons for all the media mess towards Kristen right now. If it had been anyone else, I don’t think the topic would make the headlines for more than a week. She was the girl who had everything and threw it all in a can’t-be-more-stupid way. Nobody worships her for cheating, most of Kristen’s fans were shocked and sickened by the pictures. There was a collective “how could she” in the fandom. Kristen cracked a little, no doubt, but she deserves forgiveness and understanding-it really isn’t ours to give, but our hearts can ache for her and Rob. It is so easy to have compassion for Rob and although he didn’t deserve this, he will have so many more people rally around him and you absolutely know that every HW starlet will have their agent call his agent, he deserves all that compassion and its in abundance waiting for him. This is a young girl, who went to meet her older, over-infatuated director (just about all her directors have been infatuated) to tell him that she has an exclusive relationship with her boyfriend. Then she sees the photographers, and the photos clearly show her wariness, and she decides it would be better not to make a scene. It would be better to have it “documented” (not my wording) with photos, so everyone will know she didn’t fuck him. Better that than to give some rag-mag free reign to print whatever lies they wanted. How was she to know they’d hold on to the photos for a week to doctor them up. A week for the hottest fucking photos on the planet to pop up. THAT should have given everyone pause. It did me. And now…here we are. A 22 year old girl, desperate and stricken, and a 26 year old boy who’s grieving and heartbroken. FOR NOTHING!!!!! It truly was only a “momentary indiscretion,” and the “indiscretion” was more of Sander’s than hers. Her “indiscretion” was more of a lapse in judgement. But, being who she is (and she is her own worst enemy), she confessed to Rob BEFORE the photos and story hit. And then she horribly, and wrongly, BEFORE SANDERS!!!!!!, took responsibility for this nightmare. And she did something else…she APOLOGIZED and, very hard for her, PUBLICLY acknowledged Robert, apologized to him!!, and declared her love for him. I know Robert’s pain. By many of the comments I’ve seen, so do you. But, don’t you think, that now…after all the photographs have been released, he doesn’t feel even more pain as he must now realize, that this situation didn’t have to be a public, relationship-destroying moment. It could have been handled quietly just between him and Kristen. I don’t understand the world anymore. When adults, who should know better, spew vicious happiness because this relationship has been damaged…what is there to say? The world, which has so little love, so little beauty…now has even less. I’m glad to be leaving.

Yes you’re right, richest people in entertainment will get a room, if they’re really cheating. In this case, it seems they want us to believe that they are cheating. It’s part of the scum. Liberty for sure is aware of this.

So well stated. After all the photos were released I looked at them in disbelief. WTF!!! This is it?! This is the big betrayal?!!! You know what is really frightening to me? When the Casey Anthony trial was going on, several members of my family followed the trial religiously. During and after the trial they chittered, chatted, tweeted, and twittered away. Although I had been internet savvy for years, e-mail etc. I had never commented before on a site. However, when THAT evil bitch got off, I was so beside myself, I felt the need to comment. But, so many of the comments reflected my own emotions and thoughts, it would’ve been redundant for me to add to it. But the emotional content of THESE comments bother and deeply disturb me. They have the same feel. When a 22 year old girl engenders such hate for ONE pathetic SMOOCH something is very, very wrong. I have followed Kristen’s career and up until Twilight, she consistently received nothing but praise for her performances and was looked upon to be perhaps the greatest actress of her generation. I saw Robert in a Harry Potter film and never forgot his face and watching him bring Edward to life, I never questioned his acting talents either. I read Twilight when it first came out and although it was supposed to be written for young adults, 14 to 21, I felt that Twilight had overtones of masochism, sadism, and was highly erotic. Per Edward’s own admission (joke). However, Hollywood dumbed down the novels and pandered the films to girls 8 through 14. And that’s hating started Sick, jealous, teenage girls. Robssessed? At this point that word should have a clinical definition. I watched as, almost from the very beginning, the hate toward Kristen start. She has had teenage girls spit on her, call her the most vile and ugly things, stalk her relentlessly, and threaten her life. And all because of Robert. Because she got THE role, because she got to work with Robert, and then, her greatest sin…Rob fell in love with her. I have watched as the press, made up of so-called adults, print her words out of context, using each other as sources, spread the hate. And I have watched as they turned her from a shy teenager into a nervous, awkward, young woman. There is no reason on this earth that anyone should have to give up their right to privacy. And for those who scream and carry on about how Twilight condones stalking, why is it you don’t have a problelm with grown men stalking a girl 24 hours a day for 5 years, just to get a picture. Flipping the bird? Hell yes!!! Some of those photos were taken when the press tried to get over a fence in her own backyard. The F-word? Between the ages of 18 to 21 I said fuck a hundred times a day. It was part of trying to find out who I was and part of protecting who I was. Now I only say it 50 times a day. I love Robert. I have always felt a certain smug satisfaction that, outside of Harry Potter fans, I knew of that beautiful face before the whole world did. I have watched him grow from a boy into a man, and a good man at that. But, I am beginning to feel a little disappointed in him. In addition to the psychotic hatred of teenage girls, Kristen has also had to put up with endless rumors of Robert’s cheating. And while I believe those rumors to be untrue, nothing can make me believe that didn’t hurt her too. They have both worked very hard not to make the same mistakes other Hollywood couples do. And while I know he must be very hurt….to allow this to come between them would be to let the rabid teenagers and the Hollywood hate win.

seriously people you are bothered by a comedian making fun of this? Get over it? He is more making fun of the fans, not them. We’re the ones making the big deal out of it when there are far more important things that are newsworthy. And that’s what he is doing is just making fun. He’s not hurting anyone, it was Kristen and married man Sanders that did the REAL hurting of people that cared for them. And they are both pretty stupid knowing that they already live in a fishbowl in the public eye when even so much as a sneeze everyone knows about.
