SOURCE: Selena Gomez Dumped Justin Bieber Because He Was “Very Needy”

In the days since Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez parted ways, a number of theories for the split have been offered in various corners of the gossip press.

There’s also been persistent flip-flopping by certain outlets about whether Bieber and Gomez are planning to reconcile, while other webloids are floating ancient non-stories in order to bring other big names into the saga.

Bieber and Gomez have said very little themselves, leading many fans to buy into some of the bogus rumors surrounding the breakup.

Gossip Cop is continuing to inquire about the split, and what we’ve heard so far supports the story that it was Gomez’s decision, but far less salacious or dramatic than many outlets would like everyone to believe.

“People are scrambling to create fiction regarding this relationship,” a source close to the singer-actress tells Gossip Cop.

We’re told the central issue was that Gomez was too busy to spend as much time with Bieber as he wanted, and that it became too problematic for the couple to continue.

Whether he was “very needy” and “constantly complaining” for her to “make time for him,” as our source describes the end of their relationship, is a question that only Bieber and Gomez can truly answer.

But it seems unlikely that some of the more scandalous stories suggesting that partying and other women were to blame for Gomez dumping Bieber are actually the most accurate explanations.

    I just find her sources need to stop! Selena is no Taylor Swift! This wanting her out be a little victim thing is getting old, and used many times! They broke up, who really cares for the reason! Let them move on, but for some reason, Selena and her sources can’t seem to drop it! Justin and his team dropped it, now its their turn!!     Honestly, at this point, I dont care if he cheated or not, Is there still a reason to need to drag this out? Does her “sources” need to make sure she looks like the better one at the end of all this? She did the same thing when her and Nick Jonas broke up! Just say its over, and MOVE ON!! He’s not trying to make it look like she was the reason it all went bad, not its her turn to just let it go, and do what she supposedly does best!

    ALL guys are needy. My husband has a cold and he’s in bed crying like a big ‘ole baby, yet when I had brain surgery and first came home, I had to do everything myself. It’s a guy thing…just don’t baby them when they ask for attention–give ‘em a taste of their own medicine!

    That’s not true. I’m a guy and when I’m sick I like space, I’m the opposite of needy. I go get the soup and prescrips on my own, I stay in my room, don’t like people babying me. Regardless of gender, there are needy ass hoes and not needy as hoes and everything in between, Selena is entitled to quit it if its not working–I did.

    actually, if he was needy and not getting what he wanted from selena it’s not outside the realm of possibility that he’d get it elsewhere. It’s a common thing for guys to do, especially those just entering puberty like justin.

    The cause for the breakup is pretty simple: The relationship of Bieber and Gomez based on him conforming to her. That’s why such a pretty woman got romantically involved with a comparatively ugly boy (cf. Selena’s boyfriend history). But the urge to conform does only last as long as the love feels “new”, approximately 12 months after starting sexual intercourse on a regular basis.

Gossip sites like these exist because there are people everywhere wanting to know what goes on in celebs’ lives. Does it make it right? No. But they will continue making money out of ppl’s curiousity. Hell, I got curious after seeing the article title and I’m not even a fan of both Justin or Selena o.O…Anyway I personally did not see anything wrong with this article…or gossipcops entries in general. They are not being too invasive and they debunk many horrible rumours about stars going about. So really, it’s a gossip site with a heart…if that makes sense :P

Kind’ve sad, but since you pissed me off, I’ll be the bigger man here and reply to you as nice and frank as I can. My husband is NOT a “Bieber-esque fruitcake” as you mentioned. He’s quite opposite really, tatted up, served 10 years in the military, listens to chopped and screwed music, grew up in NC, 6’3″, muscled up…I’d say that pretty much sums him up. I will agree with you though, even though my big ass freakin husband looks all tough on the outside, he sure is a mama’s boy….so maybe you should do the backing off BIATCH!
