WATCH: Best Of Live News Bloopers Of 2014 (VIDEO)
It’s the end of the year, which means it’s time for an annual wrap up of the most hilarious as well as cringeworthy bloopers on live TV, collected from local news reports, as well as a few from abroad. Be prepared for a bunch of accidental (and intentional) f-bombs, including Mike Tyson telling an interviewer during a live interview, “f*ck you!” and a reporter saying, “F*ck it, I quit!” before walking off a newsroom’s set.
You’ll also see several reporters having close calls with vehicles during live shots, a hysterical crank caller trying to explain what caused a flood in L.A., and the guy from Perth, Australia, who dropped his brand new iPhone while opening the packaging for a news report on the product’s release.
In addition to many technical problems, accidents, and mishaps like a skateboard hitting a reporter in the head, you’ll also see a few clips that Gossip Cop posted earlier this year, including Erykah Badu trying to kiss a New York reporter as he was doing a live shot, Samuel L. Jackson being mistaken for Laurence Fishburne during an interview, and the “Apparently” kid Noah Ritter’s first appearance on TV.
The 15-minute clip blooper reel also features plenty of people on the street doing crazy things to reporters during live segments, and LOTS of slips of the tongue that turn perfectly innocent words into funny expletives. Check out the video below, and tell us what you think.
