‘Dancing With The Stars’ Double Elimination, Wanya Morris And Antonio Brown Voted Off ‘DWTS’ (VIDEO)
Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold, and Antonio Brown and Sharna Burgess were the eighth and ninth pairs eliminated from Season 22 of “Dancing With the Stars” during the show’s second double elimination. Both couples received the lowest number of votes and scores from the judges for last week’s dances, resulting in them sent home. See the video below of their eliminations.
The bottom two by the judges’ scores and fan votes were Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold, and Antonio Brown and Sharna Burgess. Last week, both Morris had the lowest score with just 25 out of 30 points, while Brown received 27 points. As a result, they were the eighth and ninth contestants voted off this season’s “Dancing With The Stars.” Ironically, though, Morris scored two perfect scores this Monday.
They now join Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe, who were eliminated last week after the “Fuller House” star scored a perfect 30 out of 30 with her jive to Christina Aguilera’s “Something’s Got a Hold on Me.” Previously sent home were Kim Fields and Sasha Farber, and Von Miller and Witney Carson during this season’s first double elimination. Before them, Doug Flutie and Karina Smirnoff were booted from this year’s competition. Also sent home this season were Marla Maples and Tony Dovolani, and Mischa Barton and Artem Chigvintsev. And Geraldo Rivera and Edyta Sliwinska hold the distinction of being the first dancing pair eliminated from season 22.
