Wanya Morris Scores Big On ‘Dancing With The Stars’ (VIDEO)
Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold received a near-perfect score on “Famous Dance” night with their jazz routine to *NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye” on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.” The dancing duo nailed their recreation of the boy band’s moves from the MTV Video Music Awards. Watch the video below.
While Morris faltered a tiny bit last week with his “Switch Up” partner Witney Carson, the Boyz II Men singer has generally put on top-tier dance performances. With the exception of Week Five, Morris has placed first twice and come in second two other times. Though large in size, he’s proved remarkably light on his feet, and become among a handful of fan favorites.
On “Famous Dance” night, Len Goodman said, “You’ve just taken a great step forward towards the finals.” Bruno Tonioli called it “brilliant” and felt “nothing was missing” And Carrie Ann Inaba exclaimed, “This boy is on fire.” She added, “You brought the stuff. You brought the dirty, sexy… You were so in it!”
For Morris and Arnold’s jazz routine to *NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye” on “Famous Dance” night, they received a total of 29 out of 30 points. Check out the video below of Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold on Monday’s “Dancing With The Stars.”
