Ashton Kutcher’s “Two and a Half Men” Character: Internet Billionaire Named Walden Schmidt

Ashton Kutcher will play a brokenhearted Internet billionaire named Walden Schmidt on “Two and a Half Men.”

The information about his character was just revealed by CBS Entertainment president Nina Tassler at the Television Critics Association confab.

Schmidt will be introduced over the course of the two-part season premiere, scheduled to air on September 19.

Kutcher, of course, is replacing Charlie Sheen on the huge hit sitcom.

    I think the new series is going to bomb without Charlie Sheen. Despite the fact that I dislike Kutcher’s style of over the top acting, I think the main reason it will fail is because of the amazing chemistry between Sheen and his co-stars. He might have been an a-hole but the series was perfect.
