Shocking Double Elimination on X Factor!

There are just six contestants left on “X Factor” — after two surprising acts got the boot on Thursday’s show.

SPOILER ALERT

The first to be shockingly sent home was Paige Thomas from Demi Lovato’s team after receiving the lowest amount of viewers’ votes.

Thomas’ elimination comes after what the judges thought was her best performance in the competition yet.

The surprises continued when Vino Alan, who ranked third the last three weeks, was revealed to be in jeopardy along with Diamond White, who the judges brought back into the competition earlier this month.

The two were forced to sing once more in hopes of continuing on to next week.

First, White (Britney Spears’ team) performed Beyonce’s “I Was Here.”

Alan (L.A. Reid’s team) went second, singing “Trouble” by Ray Lamontagne.

So, which contestant was eliminated?

Alan was sent home, after being voted against by Spears, Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell.

Now both Reid and Lovato have just one act left in the competition.

Next week, viewers can participate in the Pepsi Challenge and help select what songs the Top 6 perform.

    I am PISSED. Vino should not have gone home. First, LA screwed it up for him by changing the song . And I can’t believe Simon voted for him to go home. I expected it from Demi Lovato. I don’t think she liked him. Simon should have just let it go to deadlock. I honestly think they let him go because of all the tattoos and the rough look. But the guy had a great voice and his tattoos shouldn’t matter. He’s been consistently #3 while Diamond been lower on the board yet the judges chose her to stay.

    I have no interest in this show anymore.

    Saw it coming with Paige & wasn’t surprised in the least but not with Vino….
    It wasn’t Vino’s best but it was better then Emblem 3′s last 2 performances..
    Emblem 3 Should have gone home a long time ago….
    If it wasn’t for screaming teenage bubble gum chewing girls who just want to get into their pants they would be…But these are “Who Vote”…..See American Idol Results the past 3 years…
    Fifth Harmony (girls group) are 3 times better then Emblem 3 but then again young boys don’t even watch these type of TV programs let alone Vote..
    Look for Emblem 3 to stay in the competition thru @ least the Final 4 even without the Talent…

    vino should have stayed man. He had a chance of winning. sure there were other strong competitors but vino had a chance he had such a great voice he’s gonna be big one day. diamond white on the other hand must not win. she is completely overrated and rather annoying to be honest. she can sing but not better than vino. and she simply has no x factor. while i might be able to accept if vino did not finally win because of the likes of carly rose but i can’t take that the judges sent him home instead of diamond

    Vino should definitely not have gone home. Vino was in the bottom because of LA’s terrible song choice and he out sung Diamond in the sing off. Demi is a terrible mentor. She has never liked Vino and I am not surprised she voted for him to go home. Simon should have had some balls and picked Vino to stay. Cece should have gone home long ago.

    Me 2 you know someone started a petiton to bring him back and it was erased or lost something is wrong never again will i watch this show never !Come on LA Read said in front of us all he would take responsibility for changing the song at the last minute yep nothing!!!! I will never listen to x Factor again its now zzzz Factor for me Vino is one of the most different singer i have herd in years! I dont want another Whitney sick sick sick of it fed up fake artist we want different! and many think like me! this show is FISHY VERY FISHY I will be one of those that will buy VIno music he has the best voice and power and real !

    I lost interest in this X Factor show after Vino Alan Elimination. I do not like this show quality, I wont watch it again! I AM PISSED TOO
