That’s not exactly true. I don’t recall hearing these accusations when he was a nobody doing TV’s “Welcome Back Kotter,” or when he did a few movies afterwards. Then he faded in popularity, wasn’t doing movies or getting offers either, and we never heard about him or what was going on in his life. Quenton Tarantino put him in “Pulp Fiction” which brought John back into the limelight and then that’s when these ugly rumors started up.
