Victoria Justice: I’m NOT Fighting With Ariana Grande, And NOT To Blame For Victorious Cancellation (VIDEO)
Do NOT blame Victoria Justice for “Victorious” coming to an end. The actress starred alongside Ariana Grande on the hit series, and it’s long been rumored that she was responsible for ending the show when she decided to go on a solo music tour. On Wednesday, a TMZ cameraman asked Justice, “Is there any part of you that regrets breaking up the band, so to speak, with Ariana Grande?” See what she said in the video below.
“I didn’t break up anything,” Justice shot back. “That’s complete misinformation. I had no control over leaving the show or the show ending. That was completely up to Nickelodeon and the executives. I loved the cast, and I loved doing ‘Victorious.’ Me going on tour when I did had nothing to do with whether or not there was a ‘Victorious’ tour.”
When the paparazzo persisted, Justice said, “I don’t think it’s fair to blame it on me, because I don’t think it’s true.” Asked about a fight or falling-out with Grande, the “Eye Candy” actress said, “There’s no feud. We’re not best friends, but at the end of the day I wish her well, and she’s doing great and I’m happy for her.” Justice added, “We’re on different paths, doing our own thing.”
