“Victoria Beckham In Talks to Be ‘X Factor’ Judge,” reads the headline of yet another completely manufactured HollywoodLife “exclusive.”

According to Jay Penske’s highly unreliable webloid, “Simon Cowell is after the Spice Girl to join his judging panel now that Britney Spears is gone.”

Promising to deliver the “full scoop,” HollywoodLies, er, HollywoodLife goes on to quote a made-up “source” as saying, “Demi [Lovato] seems to be returning and Mel B almost came in until Simon brought her on AGT instead. But I hear that Posh might do the show.”

Whatever.

Beckham, who just moved out of the United States, is NOT about to pick up and move back for “The X Factor.”

A rep for Beckham tells Gossip Cop that the story is “absolute nonsense!”

In other words, it’s just business as usual for HollywoodLife.
