Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens and ScarJo in Alleged Hacking of Naked Pics

Vanessa Hudgens reportedly met with the FBI yesterday about the nude photos allegedly hacked from her Gmail account.

The actress spoke with federal investigators for more than an hour at her lawyer’s office in Los Angeles, and it’s believed the person who hacked into Hudgens’ email leads a ring of hackers who have targeted dozens of A-list celebrities, according to TMZ.

Now the site has released what it claims to be a “partial list” of stars who may have had compromising material stolen.

Miley Cyrus, Scarlett Johansson, Busy Phillips, Ali Larter, Renee Olstead, Emma Caulfield and Addison Timlin are also named.

    This is really an old story. The only new element is Hudgens meeting with the FBI. However, the FBI started this investigation way back in 2007 with the hacking of Miley Cyrus’ e-mail and cel phone accounts. From their, they found that a G-Mail employee had leaked numerous celebs’ G-mail passwords to the hacker ring. Once the hackers had the G-mail passwords, they were able to use the same passwords on cel phones and other on-line accounts because people–including celebrities–often use the same password for multiple accounts. The lesson here is not to use the same passwords for your various accounts. Still, all of these celebrities were victims of theft and invasions of privacy, so hopefully the FBI will get all of them and bring them to justice.
