Truth rating: 10

Usher was awarded primary custody of his two children on Friday, putting an end to the extremely ugly battle against his ex-wife Tameka Foster.

Both had been warring for months over the custody of their two little boys, but the judge ultimately sided with Usher, according to TMZ.

Foster will still retain some custodial rights, but the kids will live mainly with their father.

During their bitter court fight, Foster alleged that Usher was an absentee father and even used drugs in front of their children, while Usher claimed Tameka was irresponsible and once attacked him and spit on his then-girlfriend.

If this is true then congrats to him! This has been an unnecessary ugly battle, so glad it’s come to an end. After she made him look like a bad father in front of everyone, I’m glad he didn’t give up.

It’s unfortunate that even though HER SON JUST DIED, we’re talking about a custody battle. GET A LIFE!

Judges rarely give primary custody to fathers. There must be a good reason.

Tameka also doesn’t have custody of her other children. Her ex has custody of them. There has to be a reason for that also.

i believe that he will be absent father most of the time, but maybe kids are better with him as that kind of decisions has reasons

He may have been an absentee father, but to a point thats understandable, considering his line of work. But I just can’t see him doing drugs or anything of that nature in front of his children, and apparently, neither could the judge.
