Usher: Ex-Wife Tameka Foster Attacked Me, Spit On Girlfriend (VIDEO)

Usher and Tameka Foster’s split has not exactly been… smooth.

After a festive evening at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards, Usher appeared in court to testify against his ex-wife as part of their brutal child custody fight.

The performer described an alleged altercation with Foster after he and a new girlfriend dropped off his son at Foster’s house.

According to Usher, Foster was enraged and hit him.

She also allegedly spat on and threatened to fight the other woman, and threw a plate of food at his car.

Usher calmly recounted the events in court on Monday — but it sounds like the supposed confrontation was anything but civil.

    That’s what I’m thinking, why would they allow cameras in the courtroom? This is suppose to be a family matter & news cameras aren’t supposed to be there.

    He was better off with Chili, but he screwed that one up big time. After her, he’s just been settling for whatever. He needs to stop dating women who work for him, Tameka used to be his stylist.
    I agree, I do hope they can settle this for the sake of their kids. Is it that hard to get joint custody & be cordial?

    Yeah he did cheat on her. Listen to “Confessions”, it’s about that. He denied that, but it’s obvious it was about him cheating on her.

    Usher you’ve done a couple of things which brought all of this to your door. Your lady friend should have not been with you when you dropped off your son, unless of course you knew for sure she could whip that ass. Secondly, you found it necessary to marry a much older woman than youself, and she’s a ghetto fabulous bitch. Personally, when it comes to spitting on a person, thats the nastiest thing you could do, shoot me, stab me, but please don’t spit on me.
