“Are Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper taking their relationship to the next level?” asks Perez Hilton, who tends to pose questions when he doesn’t know the answer.

According to Perez, “Sources spotted the couple browsing real estate in El Lay on Friday!” which, in this case, means that’s what he cut-and-pasted from the New York Post.

He then asks, “So will the two be shacking up soon??? A friend of the couple thinks Renee and Bradley are close to it!”

Not sure which “friend” Perez spoke to, because a source close to Zellweger told Gossip Cop that the actress has no plans to permanently move out to L.A. “She likes living on the East Coast.” And a Cooper confidante told us, “They got it wrong,” and there’s “no truth at all” to the Post and Perez pieces that they moving in together in L.A.

I don’t want to comment so much on this story, other than the fact that you called out Perez Hilton. Bravo!!! I think most of us know not to trust Star Magazine, Ok!, etc., but Perez Hilton is not much better. However, I wonder how many people know that. All he does is cut and paste, go all gaga over his favorites til ad nauseam, slam his dislikes repeatedly til ad nauseam, post things obviously just to stir things up, plus as a professional site, I can’t believe he can’t seem to get his spelling or grammar straight–that drives me crazy. Needless to say I no longer visit him but it is hard to find places that are reputable. TMZ is okay, and reputable I believe, but bores me just a bit — sorry Harvey — I like the TV show better. I am thankful that Gossip Cop exists! I was wondering how could I have missed your site all this time, but I just found out you are relatively new, so best of luck! Gossip Cop and EOnline’s Awful Truth’s Ted Casablanca are now my go-to- favorites.
