Jimmy Kimmel to Air “Uncle Frank” Tribute Show on September 6

Jimmy Kimmel is going to do a full tribute show next Tuesday to “Uncle Frank,” who died a little more than a week ago.
Frank Potenza, Kimmel’s real-life uncle, was a retired New York City police officer who served as a “security guard” and frequent comedic contributor on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
The tribute show is slated to feature comedy bits with “Uncle Frank,” as well as interviews he did with a slew of celebrities, including Tom Cruise. ”Uncle Frank” pal and funnyman Don Rickles will also be a guest on the special edition.
