Tyga And Kylie Jenner Scared Away From Fight After Gun Drawn: REPORT
After time in Cannes earlier this week (see photo right), the couple traveled to Geneva, where Tyga was slated to appear at a nightclub called Envogue Genève on Thursday night. The rapper was reportedly contracted to perform for an hour, but allegedly showed up significantly late, accompanied by Jenner, and then only took the stage for 10 minutes. When the pair left around 4 a.m., the owner of the venue reportedly chased after them.
According to TMZ, a fight broke out between the club owner and Tyga’s entourage. While he was initially in his car with Jenner, the site says Tyga got out to enter the fray himself. But when someone in the owner’s group allegedly pulled out a gun, Tyga immediately got back in the car, and he and Jenner high-tailed it out of there, leaving the rest of his crew behind.
While Jenner has not mentioned the incident on social media, Tyga took to Twitter hours later to write, “My Switzerland fans know whenever I show up I perform. I appreciate everybody that came out yesterday.” He added in a series of other tweets, “Sum Club owners just think they own u just Kuz they pay u to come to they lil club for a hr. I ain’t nobody slave. Don’t harrass me and my people when we tryna chill n sh*t.”
The rapper also said a lot of people try to “tarnish [his] brand” and “mislead who I am.” He continued tweeting, “I don’t talk much. I hate doing interviews and I hate the industry and what comes with fame. I just wanna make music and be creative and be a dope ass n*gga. Can’t nothing stop what’s planned. They can hate me but God gon show me love forever.”
And, unlike with some other appearances, Tyga didn’t even promote this one on his Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter accounts. Envogue Genève, however, made multiple Facebook posts highlighting the gig. Gossip Cop has reached out to Tyga’s rep for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
