Twilight Ticket Torrent: “New Moon” Selling Out

Fans of “Twilight” are already proving their unbelievable box office might.
More than two months before the release of “New Moon,” online ticket sales are so rapid that many locations have reported sellouts for the earliest show times.
A spokesperson for Fandango says that the vampire sequel represents 57% of the company’s recent ticket sales – nine weeks before the film hits theaters on November 20. Fifty locations are reportedly sold out. Online vendor MovieTickets has also seen incredible “New Moon” traffic, and reports that more than a dozen “New Moon” screenings are complete sellouts.
