WATCH: “Turf” Does Extreme Contortionist Dancing on America’s Got Talent

“America’s Got Talent” ended on Tuesday on a high note with Alonzo Jones – aka “Turf” – a self-described extreme contortionist dancer.

While Turf may have been homeless for two years, he certainly was at home on stage, where he gave an amazing yet hard to describe performance, which earned a standing ovation.

Howard Stern told “Turf” he was “a true original,” and that he’s “what we’re looking for.”

And Howie Mandel said, “This is magic… This is a moment.” He added, “You are a star, and your life is about to change.”

    Have watched this so many times now and so incredibly moved by the whole of it – I hope Turf knows he has fans and followers in CANADA – and what a mentor for others! Hope this changes his life into the most positive and wonderful one he always dreamed of – he deserves it!

    I am so taken back that Turff did not get through. I think America has made a very bad decition, What where you thinking letting a guy playing with sand get through?
    I support you Turff and think you should have won the finals. You desrve it more than anyone on the show and you are very, very talented.
