I’m a Libertarian here, but seriously, you are saying people are not responsible for their own decisions if you say that Sarah Palin’s silly little pictures “made” them perpetrate acts of violence. Nobody can MAKE somebody do ANYTHING. Ultimately that person decides for him/herself. What you’re suggesting is just as ridiculous as when people tried to blame the Columbine Massacre on Marilyn Manson just because the two little twerps that committed those killings just happened to be fans, and his lyrical content often expresses an anti-establishment sentiment.

Regardless of one’s political orientation we can never be truly progressive if we’re not taking responsibility for our own f***ing selves! We’re adults! No one can hold our hand or fool us unless we allow it.
