Tori Spelling NOT Pitching New Reality TV Show With Mom Candy, Despite Report
Tori Spelling is NOT pitching a new reality show with her mom Candy Spelling, despite a tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this rumor from Life & Style, the same outlet that recently claimed Tori was divorcing Dean McDermott (not true), pregnant (wrong) and moving to New York (false).
“We didn’t see this one coming!” declares the magazine, alleging the estranged mother and daughter Spellings are now “working on their own reality show.” A so-called “insider” tells Life & Style, “Tori’s pitching a show about navigating her tricky relationship with her mom.”
There’s no additional information about this alleged reality show pitch. In order to explain why Spelling would even consider doing this, the magazine sticks to an already-debunked rumor that McDermott is refusing to film more episodes of Spelling’s current series “True Tori.”
The outlet’s source adds, “She’s desperate to keep her reality TV career afloat. Otherwise, she’ll have no salary.” Of course, Spelling does have a show, “True Tori,” which is still going to continue, despite tabloid rumors. As for this other supposed series with her mom… there’s simply nothing to it. A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop there’s “no truth” to the story.
