Tori Spelling Quarantined For Ebola-Like Symptoms, Does Not Have Disease
Tori Spelling was quarantined for Ebola-like symptoms over the weekend. But Gossip Cop is told she is NOT suffering from the Ebola Virus Disease.
Spelling was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles when she came down with a high fever, and suffered from coughing fits and trouble breathing. As many Ebola symptoms mimic the flu, the cautious medical staff quarantined the star and kept her away from other patients.
It was ultimately determined, however, that Spelling had a sinus infection on top of severe bronchitis. She is reportedly going to be treated by a lung specialist, and have further blood testing done.
TMZ says the illness has forced Spelling to miss the press tour for season two of “True Tori,” which, as Gossip Cop has reported, premieres on Tuesday. A rep for the actress could not provide Gossip Cop with further details.
Spelling has had a number of ailments over the years. In April she was hospitalized for a severe migraine, an illness that later played out on screen via the first season of “True Tori.” Terrible headaches also landed her in the hospital in 2011.
And in 2012, Spelling was hospitalized following emergency surgery for life-threatening complications from the C-section she had while giving birth to son Finn. She later revealed she also nearly died during the pregnancy due to placenta previa.
