Tori Spelling‘s husband, Dean McDermott, is out of the intensive care unit after suffering a punctured and collapsed lung in a motorcycle accident.

“Kids and I are about to go see [Dean],” Spelling tweeted earlier today. “He’s been moved from ICU to a regular room! Yay!”

A short while later, Spelling updated again, noting her husband’s mood had improved.

After asking him if he wanted anything, McDermott requested an Oreo McFlurry.

“So his spirits are up despite all the pain,” wrote the TV star.

As Gossip Cop reported yesterday, McDermott, who stars with his wife on “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood,” crashed his bike earlier this week and was rushed to the hospital.

He is expected to make a full recovery.
